The accreditation and partner logos shown remain the property of the organisations they identify, and appear here to describe genuine registrations and working relationships.

Nothing is collected unless you send it. There is no account, no profiling and no advertising on this site.

• Contact form — name, email address, horse and discipline, and your message. Used only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a service.
• Withdrawal form — first and last name, order email, Payhip receipt or order number, product and order date. Used to record and process your withdrawal declaration and send its acknowledgement. Legal basis: compliance with our legal obligations.
• Email — whatever you choose to write when you contact Marc directly.
• Analytics — only with your agreement, and never anything that identifies you personally. See below.

Retention: enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Withdrawal declarations and their acknowledgements are kept for five years as evidence relating to the contract.

The contact, booking and withdrawal forms are handled by a script on this site's own server at OVH, in France. No third-party form service is involved, and nothing you send through them leaves the European Union.

Purchases are handled by Payhip Ltd (United Kingdom), with payments processed by Stripe. At checkout, they process your email address, country, order and payment information under their own privacy policies. We receive order details for delivery, support and accounting. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. Ever.

This site can use Google Analytics 4 to count which pages are read. It is switched off by default: until you accept, Google Consent Mode blocks all analytics storage and only anonymous, cookieless signals are sent. IP addresses are anonymised.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the default refusal.

This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores the following values in your browser’s local storage:

• epc-cart-v1 — keeps the products you choose for your cart for up to seven days. It contains product identifiers and an expiry date, no personal or payment information. You can remove products at any time. It is used only to provide the shopping cart you request.
• epc-analytics-consent — records whether you accepted or declined analytics, so you are not asked on every page. It contains one word and no identifier.

Cookies appear only if you accept analytics, and are then set by Google, not by this site.

The fonts are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts. Video previews are hosted on this site. There are no social media pixels, no advertising networks and no external trackers. The shopping cart works on this site; selecting checkout opens Payhip.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction on how it is used, its portability, or object to its use. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
